		<description>yes, this is a significantly improved letter. I am surprised that someone took the time to construct all of this- it&#039;s great to actually read his personal opinions on things such as the bail out, as well as rationale for why he is making decisions.

It&#039;s also nice to see that he is experiencing others not answering his letters or addressing his concerns. I guess he knows (in some ways) what it feels like.</description>

It is fairly well constructed, passes on bits of information that I might not have found otherwise and is somewhat more believable that he cares about the constituents.

He just really dropped the ball with the first two emails.</description>
